Your initial consultation will be with the Lead Designer Olivia Bursey Ward. Many of our clients are from out of the state and we are happy to accommodate appointments via Phone or Email.
The object of the first appointment is to enlighten the client of our structure based on what your needs might be. Generally specific style patterns, color tones or event designs might have not been created at this time. For this reason, we have a simple way of giving pricing at this appointment based on our experience. From the initial consultation, we will suggest one of two types of follow up meetings.
Planning Design Scope Meeting:
Many of our products used in our designs have the same value, giving our clients many options within the same price point. We will suggest some basic creative aspects based on what your theme might be however, this meeting is not intended to be a full design appointment but rather an information session on our company, pricing and of course, time for us to share with you some of our fabulous work.
Luxe Design Style Meeting:
Should you want a more design focused experience, we will require disclosure of total floral and decor budget so that we can offer creative insight within your budget structure. Should you have unique design ideas, feel free to share with us and we are happy to quote.
If you desire to solidify your date with us, we will have you sign a booking contract and customer information form as well as leave a $500.00 deposit. The deposit will secure the date with us and begin the design implementation, along with creating a formal table designs and graphic layout of your event.
Second Consultation Meeting:
As a booked client, our next meeting is called “The Design Element Concept Meeting”. We will discuss in detail, your colors, style, and the elements of the designs you envisioned at your wedding. If there are designs we’ve created for previous clients or other elements you would like to use, we’ll certainly captures the designs in your concept. It is always our goal to create a personal and intimate design concept especially for you that’s custom and most definitely one of kind.
Visual and Venue Walk-Through
After the “Design Element Concept Meeting”, a venue walk-through will be schedule to review the elements of the created design.
Additional consultations and Final Appointment
Generally, there will be a need to have additional appointments to review changes based on increased or decreased guests count that would affect the over design. This meeting will occur two weeks before the event.
